Alessio Bazzica 601b2f5e8c AgcManagerDirect tests: fix NonEmptyRmsErrorOverrideHasEffect 
- Set the initial input volume to that forced by startup min volume
  since the latter is removed in a follow-up CL
- Remove unwanted expectations
