Sebastian Jansson 7c1ac76f52 Adds binary proto ANA support in scenario tests.
This makes it easier to reuse existing audio network adaptation
configurations in the scenario framework.

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
