hbos 13f54b2c56 Rename RTCCodecStats.codec -> mimeType, parameters -> sdpFmtpLine. 
As per https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-stats/pull/168.

NOTRY due to broken linux_ubsan_vptr, all other tests passed.
