This method is unused and it is not present in Chromium's mb.py, since part of it needs to be renamed as part of [1], this CL take the opportunity to delete it. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
