vopatop.skam ff101d6171 iOS: add PlistBuddy location to path to avoid build errors 
On OS X El Capitan, the system location of 'PlistBuddy' is:
"/usr/libexec/PlistBuddy"
and default system path environment variable is:
"PATH=/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin"
