webrtc_m130/modules/video_coding/svc/scalability_mode_util.h
Jianjun Zhu 99058d99b7 Export webrtc::ScalabilityModeFromString.
This function will be used by RTCVideoEncoderFactory for converting
media::SVCScalabilityMode to webrtc::ScalabilityMode.
