Alessio Bazzica db40c1cd5f Opus wrapper: remove misleading comment
- WebRTC does use the libopus DTX implementation
- The removed detail is anyways irrelevant in a docstring

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
