Sam Zackrisson f3f6159114 Rename VectorBuffer->SpectrumBuffer, MatrixBuffer->BlockBuffer, BlockBuffer->Aec2BlockBuffer
The VectorBuffer and MatrixBuffer names are too generic for their use case.
