Add AGC2 digital adaptive config parameters in the field trial "WebRTC-Audio-InputVolumeControllerExperiment". Rename it as "WebRTC-Audio-GainController2" to reflect that the override now adjusts the parameters for both input volume controller and adaptive digital controller.
