henrika c97cf03ede Removes unused sample-rate APIs from the ADM.
The following four methods are removed:

SetRecordingSampleRate(const uint32_t samplesPerSec)
RecordingSampleRate(uint32_t* samplesPerSec) const
SetPlayoutSampleRate(const uint32_t samplesPerSec)
PlayoutSampleRate(uint32_t* samplesPerSec) const
