mallinath@webrtc.org bb6201ae4b TCP remote socket address should have both server hostname and IP address. 
Hostname is necessary when we are creating TLS based socket, for certificate
verification.

AUTHORS
AppRTCDemo was blocking the main thread for network requests. This fixes it by making the background queue serial instead of using @synchronize to make the background operations serial.
