Mirko Bonadei b7854e43af Enable GN check on //net.
This should avoid the situation where WebRTC's GN check is green and
Chromium (which turns it ON for //third_party/webrtc) fails.

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
