This CL makes the Java render interface asynchronous by requiring every call to renderFrame() to be followed by an explicit renderFrameDone() call. In JNI, this is implemented with cricket::VideoFrame::Copy() before calling renderFrame(), and a corresponding call to delete in renderFrameDone().
