Wez 939eb80ed0 Add missing casts-to-int to int/uint16 comparisons.
These are required to avoid compilation errors due to signed/unsigned
comparison, on some toolchains (specifically Clang/Fuchsia).

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
