Evan Shrubsole 7589689774 Replace cricket::LeastCommonMultiple and cricket::GreatestCommonDivisor with std::lcm and std::gcd. 
The std::lcm and std::gcd functions are part of the C++ standard
library. The existing functions are marked as deprecated rather than
deleted in the case of possible third party uses.
