Evan Shrubsole 66fcd16a41 FrameBuffer::InsertFrame returns true on successful insertion
This is cleaner than checking the size before and after, as is currently
done in FrameBufferProxy

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
