andrew@webrtc.org 56e4a05053 Remove ProcessingComponent's dependence on AudioProcessingImpl. 
- Move needed accessors to AudioProcessing.
- Inject the crit directly as a dependency.
- Remove the now unneeded EchoCancellationImplWrapper.
