Yaowen Guo 4ec3e9c988 Delete old Android ADM.
The schedule move Android ADM code to sdk directory have been around
for several years, but the old code still not delete.

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
