webrtc_m130/webrtc/api/mediacontroller.cc
nisse 51542be8ce Introduce struct MediaConfig, with construction-time settings.
Pass it to MediaController constructor and down to WebRtcVideoEngine2
and WebRtcVoiceEngine.
