Added equality and inequality operators for VideoFrameMetadata and used the equality operator to check that the cloned metadata property is equal to the original metadata in RtpSenderVideoFrameTransformerDelegateTest.CloneSenderVideoFrame. Also default-initialized VideoFrameMetadata::ssrc_ to 0. Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
