qiangchen 42f96d53f3 Add Android Camera To Unity Plugin

The existing unity plugin (an example in webrtc codebase) does not support camera access on Android platform. This CL implements such functionality.

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
