Made internal function LogOfEnergy() more efficient.
Includes
- Name change "vector" -> "data"
- Complete refactor of LogOfEnergy()
- Removed lint warning

Major changes:
* Removed unnecessary variables
* Reduced number of shifts
* Removed one norm calculation
