CreateRawScreenCapturer() and CreateRawWindowCapturer() in DesktopCapturer are allowed to return nullptr when capturer cannot be initialized for some reason. CreateWindowCapturer() and CreateScreenCapturer() in DesktopCapturer were not handling this case correctly, which may lead to crash.
