GCM cipher suites are optional (disabled by default) and can be enabled through "PeerConnectionFactoryInterface::Options". If compiled with Chromium (i.e. "ENABLE_EXTERNAL_AUTH" is defined), no GCM ciphers can be used yet (see https://crbug.com/628400).
