nisse 3858477d4b FakeVideoTrackRenderer is a thin wrapper over 
FakeVideoRenderer, only registering itself on a
VideoSourceInterface on construction and removing itself on
destruction. Let it inherit FakeVideoRenderer, instead of
proxying all methods.
