"WebRTC.Call.BitrateReceivedInKbps"
"WebRTC.Call.VideoBitrateReceivedInKbps"
"WebRTC.Call.AudioBitrateReceivedInKbps"
"WebRTC.Call.RtcpBitrateReceivedInBps"

Reports the average of periodically computed bitrates over a call (2 sec interval). Adds possibility to later modify the stats and use/report the periodic bitrates.
