Liad Rubin 1ba220a816 Migrate from MediaCodecList.getCodecCount to iterate getCodecInfos member function in MediaCodecVideoDecoderFactory
GetCodecCount is deprecated in API 21+ and getCodecInfos is encouraged to be used instead.

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
