This reverts commit f8b3dab7c6320a9890f0b003b43d7099e2e00a5b. Reason for revert: The fix landed in libaom (https://aomedia-review.googlesource.com/c/aom/+/193761) and it is now available in WebRTC (import CL: https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/364126). Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
