Byoungchan Lee 05873dcaa6 Makes use of the newer version of the RecordedDataIsAvailable mock
When I run these tests locally, Gmock complained about the incorrect
mock function call and caused the test to fail.

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
