Danil Chapovalov 00ff2bb36a Cleanup usasge of ReportBlockData::report_block accessor in audio
This reduces dependency on the struct RTCPReportBlock and would allow to
delete it in favor of class ReportBlockData

WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
