f33491ebaf Revert of Removing #defines previously used for building without BoringSSL/OpenSSL. (patchset #2 id:20001 of https://codereview.webrtc.org/2640513002/ ) 
Reason for revert:
Broke chromium build, due to a config being removed. Will add it back and remove the dependency in a chromium CL.

eaa826c2ee Removing #defines previously used for building without BoringSSL/OpenSSL. 
These defines don't work any more, so they only cause confusion:

FEATURE_ENABLE_SSL
HAVE_OPENSSL_SSL_H
SSL_USE_OPENSSL

07d09364b0 Purge nss files and dependencies. 
This replaces https://codereview.webrtc.org/1313233005
which was reverted after triggering Chromium issues.
The only difference is that we're cleaned up dependencies
on use_openssl from the gyp file.

Since https://codereview.chromium.org/1358913003 landed,
this CL should cause no Chromium issues.

9eb1365939 Revert of purge nss files and dependencies (patchset #1 id:1 of https://codereview.webrtc.org/1313233005/ ) 
Reason for revert:
It looks like this broke the FYI bots. I tried updating libjingle_nacl.gyp, but the IOS build still failed because in Chrome it's configured to use NSS. See https://codereview.chromium.org/1316863012/.

This breaks Chromium FYI builds and prevent roll of webrtc/libjingle to Chrome.
