This change does not affect downstream dependencies as androidx.annotation
is fully compatible with android.support.annotation.

For simplicity, camera with index 0 is used. User also has to manually
give the permission to use the camera for the app.

The app is a simple loopback demo demonstrating the usage of Android
native API. This is an initial version and I will add support for
HW codecs etc. in the future.
