The rtc::Bind usages are replaced with lambdas with copy-capture

There remains plenty of indirect dependencies on the types declared in
common_types.h, but the fewer direct dependencies should make it
easier to find the proper place for each type.

The random square generator produces unrealistically complex frames in
some situations, leading to frames > 250kb even at max QP. This leads to
unmanageably long transmission delays.
