This reverts commit r8731.

Reason for revert: Breakes Chromium FYI bots.

14665ff7d4 Roll chromium_revision e144d30..6fdb142 (318658:318841) + remove OVERRIDE macro

Details: e144d30..6fdb142/tools/clang/scripts/update.sh

Removes the OVERRIDE macro defined in:
* webrtc/base/common.h
* webrtc/typedefs.h

The majority of the source changes were done by running this in src/:
perl -0pi -e "s/virtual\s([^({;]*(\([^({;]*\)[^({;]*))(OVERRIDE|override)/\1override/sg" `find {talk,webrtc} -name "*.h"  -o -name "*.cc*" -o -name "*.mm*"`

which converted all:
virtual Foo() OVERRIDE
functions to:
Foo() override

Then I manually edited:
* talk/media/webrtc/fakewebrtccommon.h
* webrtc/test/fake_common.h

Remaining uses of OVERRIDE was fixed by search+replace.

Manual edits were done to fix virtual destructors that were
overriding inherited ones.

Finally a build error related to the pure virtual definitions of
Read, Write and Rewind in common_types.h required a bit of
refactoring in:
* webrtc/common_types.cc
* webrtc/common_types.h
* webrtc/system_wrappers/interface/file_wrapper.h
* webrtc/system_wrappers/source/file_impl.cc

This roll should make it possible for us to finally re-enable deadlock
detection for TSan on the buildbots.

4161715e3f Remove ChangeUniqueID. 
This fixes a two year old TODO of deleting dead code :)
In cases where the _id or id_ member variable is being used for tracing,
I changed the member to at least be const.

It doesn't look like id's are that useful anymore so maybe the next step is to get rid of them.

86e1e487e7 Move system_wrappers.gyp files to the proper directory. 
Build targets should not refer to non-subpaths as was happening before when
 source/system_wrappers.gyp refers to ../interface/ files.

1972ff8a6e Mark all virtual overrides in the hierarchy of Module as virtual and OVERRIDE. 
This will make a subsequent change I intend to do safer, where I'll change the
return type of one of the base Module functions, by breaking the compile if I
miss any overrides.

This also highlighted a number of unused functions (in many cases apparently
virtual "overrides" of no-longer-existent base functions).  I've removed some of
these.

This also highlighted several cases where "virtual" was used unnecessarily to
mark a function that was only defined in one class.  Removed "virtual" in those
cases.

0d394f3609 video_processing: Removed usage of WEBRTC_SPL_UMUL_16_16 
The trivial macro WEBRTC_SPL_UMUL_16_16 is nothing but plain mutliplication of casted values. This CL explicitly use "*" at place and casts if necessary.

047a46f8b4 Remove Android.mk build files. 
These files are generally not maintained and break, some contain files
that don't exist anymore and do not build anymore. If we need to add
some of these back we should really set up a bot for them.

bc73871251 Remove the VPM denoiser. 
The VPM denoiser give bad results, is slow and has not been used in
practice. Instead we use the VP8 denoiser. Testing this denoiser takes
up a lot of runtime on linux_memcheck (about 4 minutes) which we can do
without.

12dc1a38ca Switch C++-style C headers with their C equivalents. 
The C++ headers define the C functions within the std:: namespace, but
we mainly don't use the std:: namespace for C functions. Therefore we
should include the C headers.

342353780d Consolidate common_audio into a single target. 
In principle should reduce gyp processing time, but the difference was not measurable. In any case, it's a good simplification that aligns with having a single common_video target.
