Karl Wiberg	918f50c5d1	Use absl::make_unique and absl::WrapUnique directly ... Instead of going through our wrappers in ptr_util.h. Gustaf Ullberg	c453c16dbe	Add stubs for AEC3 factory. ... This CL creates empty placeholders for EchoCanceller3Factory. This allows for moving the factory of AEC3 as soon as downstream has been updated to include echo_canceller3_factory.h.
