8c38e8b9b9 Clean up PlatformThread. 
* Move PlatformThread to rtc::.
* Remove ::CreateThread factory method.
* Make non-scoped_ptr from a lot of invocations.
* Make Start/Stop void.
* Remove rtc::Thread priorities, which were unused and would collide.
* Add ::IsRunning() to PlatformThread.

12411ef40e Move ThreadWrapper to ProcessThread in base. 
Also removes all virtual methods. Permits using a thread from
rtc_base_approved (namely event tracing).

7754285f7c Log to the webrtc log stream from webrtc/modules java code. 
The purpose is to gather all webrtc logging in a single place and allow the app to redirect all webrtc logging to a single stream for offline debugging.

Moved Logging.java to webrtc/base to be shared by talk/ and modules/.

4765070b8d Rename I420VideoFrame to VideoFrame. 
This is a mechanical change since it affects so many
files.
I420VideoFrame -> VideoFrame
and reformatted.

Rationale: in the next CL I420VideoFrame will
get an indication of Pixel Format (I420 for
starters) and of storage type: usually
UNOWNED, could be SHMEM, and in the near
future will be possibly TEXTURE. See

379069f676 VideoRenderCallback::RenderFrame: Make I420VideoFrame& ref const. 
RenderFrame should not modify the I420VideoFrame (and we don't).

This CL changes the declaration of RenderFrame from:
int32_t RenderFrame(const uint32_t streamId, I420VideoFrame& videoFrame)
to:
int32_t RenderFrame(const uint32_t streamId, const I420VideoFrame& videoFrame)

86639737b8 Remove thread id from ThreadWrapper::Start(). 
Removes ThreadPosix::InitParams and a corresponding wait for an event.
This unblocks ThreadPosix::Start which had to wait for thread scheduling
for an event to trigger on the spawned thread, giving faster Start()
calls.

4161715e3f Remove ChangeUniqueID. 
This fixes a two year old TODO of deleting dead code :)
In cases where the _id or id_ member variable is being used for tracing,
I changed the member to at least be const.

It doesn't look like id's are that useful anymore so maybe the next step is to get rid of them.

85ef770d92 Split video engine android initialization into each internal module initialization. 
This is to later on allow targets to pick at link time if to include the external or internal implementation. In order to do that the video_engine cannot compile different based on which option is picked later on.

f4c9444c65 VideoCaptureAndroid: stop referencing ViERenderer 
To facilitate building video_capture's java code without video_render's java
code this reorganizes the local-preview hack to be driven by MediaEngine.
This is the "first step" in the linked bug.

4ca7d3f9fe Replace MapWrapper with std::map<>.

f61e02c81f Misc cleanups to webrtc/android code: 
- Replace some deprecated calls/enums with their more modern equivalents.
- Clean up some usage of global data and/or hide it better
- Catch specific exceptions instead of Exception, and log the exception instead
  of just its message.
- Random log message cleanups
- Added a build_with_libjingle gyp variable to mimic build_with_chromium for
  when webrtc is built as part of a libjingle project but not part of chromium.
