4765070b8d Rename I420VideoFrame to VideoFrame. 
This is a mechanical change since it affects so many
files.
I420VideoFrame -> VideoFrame
and reformatted.

Rationale: in the next CL I420VideoFrame will
get an indication of Pixel Format (I420 for
starters) and of storage type: usually
UNOWNED, could be SHMEM, and in the near
future will be possibly TEXTURE. See

for the change that happened in Cr.

4feb50500d Remove VideoProcessing::ColorEnhancement. 
Code for creating this table still (currently) exists under
webrtc/modules/video_processing/main/test/unit_test/createTable.m. This
processing effect is disabled but still occupies 64k of binary size.

9bfe3daf73 Cleanup: Remove i420_video_frame.h header. 
It is just a pass through to webrtc/video_frame.h. Updated the callers
to include webrtc/video_frame.h instead and removed i420_video_frame.h.

This should fix pbos' TODO in i420_video_frame.h.

Tested on Linux with the following command lines:

$ rm -rf out/
$ ./webrtc/build/gyp_webrtc
$ ninja -C out/Debug

5a477a0bc6 DCHECK frame parameters instead of return codes. 
We should never be creating video frames without width/height. If these
DCHECKs fire we should be fixing the calling code instead.

Details: e144d30..6fdb142/tools/clang/scripts/update.sh

Removes the OVERRIDE macro defined in:
* webrtc/base/common.h
* webrtc/typedefs.h

The majority of the source changes were done by running this in src/:
perl -0pi -e "s/virtual\s([^({;]*(\([^({;]*\)[^({;]*))(OVERRIDE|override)/\1override/sg" `find {talk,webrtc} -name "*.h"  -o -name "*.cc*" -o -name "*.mm*"`

which converted all:
virtual Foo() OVERRIDE
functions to:
Foo() override

Then I manually edited:
* talk/media/webrtc/fakewebrtccommon.h
* webrtc/test/fake_common.h

Remaining uses of OVERRIDE was fixed by search+replace.

Manual edits were done to fix virtual destructors that were
overriding inherited ones.

Finally a build error related to the pure virtual definitions of
Read, Write and Rewind in common_types.h required a bit of
refactoring in:
* webrtc/common_types.cc
* webrtc/common_types.h
* webrtc/system_wrappers/interface/file_wrapper.h
* webrtc/system_wrappers/source/file_impl.cc

This roll should make it possible for us to finally re-enable deadlock
detection for TSan on the buildbots.

7400e0b876 Revert "I420VideoFrame: Remove functions set_width, set_height, and ResetSize" 
This reverts commit r8434.

Reason for revert: Introduced a race condition. If ViECaptureProcess() -> SwapCapturedAndDeliverFrameIfAvailable() is called twice without a call to OnIncomingCapturedFrame() in between (with both captured_frame_ and deliver_frame_ populated), an old frame will be delivered again, since captured_frame_->IsZeroSize() will never be true.

4161715e3f Remove ChangeUniqueID. 
This fixes a two year old TODO of deleting dead code :)
In cases where the _id or id_ member variable is being used for tracing,
I changed the member to at least be const.

It doesn't look like id's are that useful anymore so maybe the next step is to get rid of them.

0b1534c52e Use int64_t for milliseconds more often, primarily for TimeUntilNextProcess. 
This fixes a variety of MSVC warnings about value truncations when implicitly
storing the 64-bit values we get back from e.g. TimeTicks in 32-bit objects, and
removes the need for a number of explicit casts.

This also moves a number of constants so they're declared right where they're used, which is easier to read and maintain, and makes some of them of integral type rather than using the "enum hack".

1972ff8a6e Mark all virtual overrides in the hierarchy of Module as virtual and OVERRIDE. 
This will make a subsequent change I intend to do safer, where I'll change the
return type of one of the base Module functions, by breaking the compile if I
miss any overrides.

This also highlighted a number of unused functions (in many cases apparently
virtual "overrides" of no-longer-existent base functions).  I've removed some of
these.

This also highlighted several cases where "virtual" was used unnecessarily to
mark a function that was only defined in one class.  Removed "virtual" in those
cases.

bc73871251 Remove the VPM denoiser. 
The VPM denoiser give bad results, is slow and has not been used in
practice. Instead we use the VP8 denoiser. Testing this denoiser takes
up a lot of runtime on linux_memcheck (about 4 minutes) which we can do
without.

12dc1a38ca Switch C++-style C headers with their C equivalents. 
The C++ headers define the C functions within the std:: namespace, but
we mainly don't use the std:: namespace for C functions. Therefore we
should include the C headers.

I wasn't able to merge audio_decoder_unittests and neteq_unittests due to
conflicts with different defines in these tests.

Some tests that have special requirements aren't merged into
modules_integrationtests yet. I took the opportunity to rename them
since the bot configs will need to be update anyway:
* audio_device_test_api -> audio_device_integrationtests
* video_capture_module_test -> video_capture_integrationtests
* video_render_module_test -> video_render_integrationtests

Exclude files were added for modules_integrationtests to make sure
the memcheck and tsan bots doesn't tests that are too slow
(audio_coding_module_test and vp8_integrationtests were previously
disabled on those bots).

Suppressions for AudioCodingModuleTest needed to be added to get
modules_integrationtests to pass memcheck (even if the test is
excluded from execution).

342353780d Consolidate common_audio into a single target. 
In principle should reduce gyp processing time, but the difference was not measurable. In any case, it's a good simplification that aligns with having a single common_video target.
