This CL contains automatically applied fixes suggested by the
ClangTidy analyzer (http://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/). The
following kinds of fixes is present:
* renaming variables when the names in the method signature don't
match the names in the method definition
(ClangTidy:readability-inconsistent-declaration-parameter-name)
* ClangTidy:readability-container-size-empty,
ClangTidy:misc-unused-using-decls,
ClangTidy:performance-unnecessary-value-param,
ClangTidy:readability-redundant-control-flow
This is a 'pilot' CL to check if automatic code analyzers can
feasibly be integrated into the WebRTC infrastructuve.
The renamings have been manually expected for consistency with
surrounding code. In echo_cancellation.cc, I changed several names in
the function implementation to match the function declaration. The
tool suggested changing everything to match the function definitions
instead.

split domain and only implements floating point operations (to avoid spectral
leakage issues and unnecessary complexity).
The goal of this CL is adding the new sub-module into APM without providing an
implementation that could replace the existing gain control modules. The focus
is in fact on initialization, reset, and configuration of AGC2.
The module itself only applies a hard-coded gain value. This behavior will
change in the coming CLs.

The test program modules/audio_processing/test/audioproc_float.cc
defined the flag 'agc_compression_gain' and had checks if the
parameter was valid (audioproc_float). The flag was also copied to
webrtc::test::SimulationSettings of audio_processing_simulator.h. The
setting was however never applied to APM.
This change applies the setting on the GainControl submodule in the
same way as the agc_target_level is applied.
This is needed for e.g. testing the AGC fixed digital limiter with the
same configuration as it is (currently) used with in AudioMixerImpl.
Also added new flag '-experimental_agc'. This flag allows disabling the
experimental AGC, which is how the AGC is used in AudioMixerImpl.
ExperimentalAgc is enabled by default, exactly as it was prior to this change.
The change has been tested locally by listening tests and diff comparisons.

This is the second revert. The first attempt in https://codereview.webrtc.org/1423693008/
was missing a subtle curly brace caused by a merge conflict.
I'm going to let this one go through the CQ.
Reason for revert:
This breaks iOS GYP generation as described on http://www.webrtc.org/native-code/ios
I'm going to drive getting the build_with_libjingle=1 setting removed from the bots to match the official instructions.
See https://code.google.com/p/webrtc/issues/detail?id=4653 for more context, as this is exactly what that issue tries to solve.

Add a new interface to abstract away file operations. This CL temporarily
removes support for dumping the output of reverse streams. It will be easy to
restore in the new framework, although we may decide to only allow it with
the aecdump format.
We also now require the user to specify the output format, rather than
defaulting to the input format.
TEST=Bit-exact output to the previous audioproc_f version using an input wav
file, and to the legacy audioproc using an aecdump file.

We must remove dependency on Chromium, i.e. we can't use Chromium's base/logging.h. That means we need to define these macros in WebRTC also when doing Chromium builds. And this causes redefinition.
Alternative solutions:
* Check if we already have defined e.g. CHECK, and don't define them in that case. This makes us depend on include order in Chromium, which is not acceptable.
* Don't allow using the macros in WebRTC headers. Error prone since if someone adds it there by mistake it may compile fine, but later break if a header in added or order is changed in Chromium. That will be confusing and hard to enforce.
* Ensure that headers that are included by an embedder don't include our macros. This would require some heavy refactoring to be maintainable and enforcable.
* Changes in Chromium for this is obviously not an option.

This adds functionality from audioproc_float. The geometry parsing code
is now shared from test_utils.h. I removed the "mic_spacing" flag from
audioproc_float because it's a redundancy that I suspect isn't very
useful.
Includes a cleanup of the audio_processing test utils. They're now
packaged in targets, with the protobuf-using ones split out to avoid
requiring users to depend on protobufs.
pcm_utils is no longer needed and removed.
The primary motivation for this CL is that AudioProcessing currently
doesn't support more than two channels and we'd like a way to pass
more channels to the beamformer.

Now the ChannelBuffer has 2 separate arrays, one for the full-band data and one for the splitted one. The corresponding accessors are added to the ChannelBuffer.
This is done to avoid having to refresh the bands pointers in AudioBuffer. It will also allow us to have a general accessor like data()[band][channel][sample].
All the files using the ChannelBuffer needed to be re-factored.
Tested with modules_unittests, common_audio_unittests, audioproc, audioproc_f, voe_cmd_test.
