Add a UIView for rendering a video track.
RTCEAGLVideoView provides functionality to render a supplied RTCVideoTrack using OpenGLES2.

PeerConnection(iOS): fix case in #import statements.
We've been skating by on OS/X's default case-insensitive filesystem, but this
is a bit silly.
