Compiling webrtc with `-Werror=unused-parameters` is failling duo to
those parameters.
Also, it shouldn't harm us to put those in comment for code readability as
well.
NOTE: This time I made sure to iterate over the C files in the
audio_processing folder and compile them using gcc.
On the original CL that was reverted - that failed with the same error
Danil mentioned. This time it seems fine.
I'll make sure to run the same script on the rest of my CLs for sanity

std::is_trivially_* is not available on certain old STL
implementations. Using absl implementation will allow

This change is needed to avoid undesired failures caused by
IsTriviallyCopyable behavior differences across different compilers and
STL implementations.
It will allow https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/40300 to
land.

Setting a default value for a class members prevents memory sanitizer
to behave correctly and may confuse the reader.
Instead, one should use rtc::MsanUninitialized, which creates an object of
a given type and marks its memory as uninitialized.
This prevents issues in production (due to uninitialized memory) and
allows MemorySantizier to catch invalid access patterns.

In https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/1560 we moved WebRTC
from src/webrtc to src/ (in order to preserve an healthy git history).
This CL takes care of fixing header guards, #include paths, etc...
