When an enum has AbslStringify, we log the text coming from stringifying it, not the numeric value.
Drive by changes,
1. Changed the tests to use string matchers rather than
std::string::find.
2. Fixed test includes.
3. Fix spelling.

NOTE: This time I made sure to iterate over the C files in the
audio_processing folder and compile them using gcc.
On the original CL that was reverted - that failed with the same error
Danil mentioned. This time it seems fine.
I'll make sure to run the same script on the rest of my CLs for sanity

While this is a rather specific use case and solution, currently these macros are using a mix of styles ever since https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/184934. By switching to ::rtc we can ensure that the right namespace is used.

This CL adds absl::string_view versions of the OnLogMessage functions in

downstream clients use subclasses of LogSink and need to be migrated
before these are removed.

Enum class types are by design not convertible to arithmetic types.
As a result they are currently not supported in RTC_CHECK and RTC_LOG.
The current workaround was to use something like RTC_CHECK(v1 == v2)
instead of RTC_CHECK_EQ(v1, v2).
This change adds support for any enum class type by converting it to the
underlying type.
